(Adds more details in paras 3-5) MOSCOW, January 31 (RIA Novosti) - A mine collapse in the eastern province of North Kivu in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) left scores of people dead, the Israeli Ynet news portal reported. The collapse of a coltan mine in the Rubaya area (the Bibatama Mining Concession) left more than 200 people dead, Ynet said, citing local authorities.
