MOSCOW, January 30 (RIA Novosti) - French customs officials have intercepted a record shipment of smuggled cigarettes weighing almost 16 tonnes at the port of Marseille-Fos, the newspaper Le Figaro reported on Friday, citing Minister of Public Action and Accounts Amelie de Montchalin.
