MOSCOW, January 30 (RIA Novosti) - Russia has filed a motion to dismiss US Noble Capital fund's lawsuit regarding the sovereign bonds issued during the Russian Empire, international law firm Marks & Sokolov, representing the Russian side's interests, told RIA Novosti on Friday. On January 16, the law firm said that Russia demanded that Noble Capital withdraw the lawsuit by January 30 over the country's alleged obligations under the bonds. Noble C......
