Self-Determination Right Exists for West for Kosovo, But Not for Donbas - Russian Envoy

MOSCOW, January 30 (RIA Novosti) - For the West, the principle of self-determination exists in some cases, as with Kosovo, and does not exist in others like Crimea and Donbas, Russian Ambassador to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia said on Friday.
