WASHINGTON, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - The US Department of State has approved a potential sale of F-100 Frigate Mid-Life Upgrade and related equipment worth $1.7 billion to Spain, the US Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) said on Thursday.
