MOSCOW, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and special presidential envoy for economic cooperation with foreign countries, on Thursday accused EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen of destroying EU industry.
