Over 700,000 Customers Without Power in Kiev - Energy Minister

MOSCOW, January 28 (RIA Novosti) - More than 700,000 customers remain without electricity in Kiev, Ukrainian Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal said. "Currently, 710,000 consumers in Kiev remain without electricity," Shmyhal said on social media.
