PETERSBURG, January 27 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has lain flowers at the grave of his brother, who died as a child during the siege of Leningrad in 1942, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported on Tuesday. The Russian president visited the Piskaryovskoye Memorial Cemetery in St​​​.
