The Buffalo Bills have promoted offensive coordinator Joe Brady to become their new head coach after agreeing to terms on a five-year deal, the NFL club announced on Tuesday. Brady has served as offensive coordinator of the Bills for the past three seasons under Sean McDermott, who was fired last week after nine years guiding Buffalo.
