EU Court Finds Hungary in Violation of Law Over UN Cannabis Vote

MOSCOW, January 27 (RIA Novosti) - The Court of Justice of the European Union on Tuesday found Hungary in breach of EU law for refusing to follow its position in a United Nations vote that removed cannabis from the list of the most dangerous drugs.
