UK could use seized Russian oil to fund Ukraine, Healey says

London (PA Media/dpa) - The UK could use oil seized from Russian shadow fleet tankers to fund Ukraine's war effort, Defence Secretary John Healey has suggested. Healey said more military options were being considered to tackle sanction-busting oil vessels fuelling the Russian war machine.
