WASHINGTON, January 27 (RIA Novosti) - The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is quietly working to establish a permanent US presence in Venezuela to influence the country's future, CNN reported on Tuesday, citing sources. The CIA and the State Department are coordinating on what US activities in Venezuela will look like in both the short and long term.
