German authorities on Tuesday offered a one-million-euro ($1.2 million) reward for information leading to the arrest of suspects who sabotaged a power line in Berlin and caused a major blackout. Police have so far failed to identify any members of the far-left "Vulcan Group" that said it had caused for the early January blackout, but Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt vowed to "strike back". bst/fz/jxb ...
