White House Denies FT Report About Ukraine's Territorial Concessions for Guarantees

MOSCOW, January 27 (RIA Novosti) - The White House has dismissed a Financial Times report claiming that Ukraine would have to abandon territorial claims in exchange for US security guarantees, White House Deputy Press Secretary Anna Kelly said.
