Death Toll From Winter Storm in US Up to at Least 13 - Reports

MOSCOW, January 26 (RIA Novosti) - The number of storm-related fatalities in the United States has risen to at least 13, USA Today reported on Monday, as a major winter storm is raging across a large portion of the country.
