MOSCOW, January 26 (RIA Novosti) - South Korean authorities plan to build two new nuclear reactors by 2038, the Yonhap news agency reported citing Environment Minister Kim Sung-hwan. According to the agency, Kim Sung-hwan held a briefing on the planned 12th Basic Energy Plan for the period from 2026 to 2040.
