German foreign minister to visit Latvia and Sweden on Baltic security

Berlin (dpa) - German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul will pay a visit on Monday to Latvia and Sweden to discuss security in the Baltic, a Foreign Office spokesman said in Berlin. The three countries are confronting hybrid attacks by Russia and are concerned about the fleet of shadow tankers that Moscow uses to circumvent sanctions on oil sales.
