UNITED NATIONS, January 13 (RIA Novosti) – Moscow has no doubt that Ukraine’s attack on the settlement of Khorly in the Kherson Region has been planned in advance, Russian Ambassador to the UN Vassily Nebenzia said on Monday. “We don't have the slightest doubt about this odious attack being planned in advance.
