SEOUL, Jan. 10 (Xinhua) -- One man in his 20s was pinned under a signboard and killed on Saturday in South Korea amid strong winds, according to Yonhap news agency. The signboard measuring 15 meters wide and 2 meters long fell in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi province, where the strong wind advisory was in effect, at around 2:21 p.m. local time (0521 GMT).
