WASHINGTON, January 9 (RIA Novosti) - A US Department of State plane landed in Caracas on Friday, according to tracking data from the Flightradar24 portal. The Dash 8-300 aircraft departed from the Willemstad in Curacao and arrived in Caracas at 13:35 p.m. GMT, the flight-tracking service showed. The purpose of the plane's visit, as well as the identity of its crew, remains unknown....
