MOSCOW, January 4 (RIA Novosti) - The eight OPEC+ countries, namely Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria and Oman, have maintained their plans to freeze maximum permitted oil production levels in the first quarter of 2026 at the December 2025 level, the organization said on Sunday.
