Bangladesh's forex reserves exceed 28.5 bln USD in December

DHAKA, Jan. 1 (Xinhua) -- Bangladesh's foreign exchange reserves reached more than 28.5 billion U.S. dollars in December last year. According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) calculation method, data from the Bangladesh Bank (BB) showed on Thursday that the country's foreign exchange reserves stood at 28.52 billion dollars on Dec. 30, 2025, the last working day of the year.
