Kangaroo hit by car after escaping from German circus

Tübingen, Germany (dpa) - A kangaroo suffered minor injuries when it was hit by a vehicle after escaping from a circus in south-western Germany, a police spokesman said on Monday. Several reports had earlier come in from motorists of a kangaroo being sighted in Aalen, a small town in the state of Baden-Württemberg, before the owner managed to recapture it, police said.
