German environment minister favours ban on disposable e-cigarettes

Berlin (dpa) - German Environment Minister Carsten Schneider favours banning disposable e-cigarettes in the country. "That is my very clear preference," the SPD politician told dpa. "I am very much in favour of it." Single-use e-cigarettes, commonly known as vapes, have become increasingly popular among young people and teenagers in recent years, with Chinese brands such as Elf Bar and major tobacco companies such as Philip Morris holding strong......
