Several injured as nine cars crash on German motorway clouded by fog

Berlin (dpa) - Several people, including three children, were injured when nine cars collided on a motorway in central Germany on Sunday, police said. The cars crashed when drivers began to brake sharply due to fog engulfing the A7 motorway near the town of Rosdorf, some 100 kilometres south of Hanover, with their vision also hampered by the setting sun.
