Afghan ministry signs MoUs to support returnees, displaced families

KABUL, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) -- The Afghan Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation has signed two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with leading domestic aid agencies to provide assistance to returnees and internally displaced families, the ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
