The Cure guitarist and keyboard player Perry Bamonte dies aged 65

London (PA Media/dpa) - Perry Bamonte, guitarist and keyboard player for the British post-punk band The Cure has died aged 65, the band said on Friday. The band said Bamonte died "after a short illness at home," in a statement on their website, which they said was posted with "enormous sadness."
