Libyan Minister Urges African States to Create Alliance Against Foreign Meddling

BENGHAZI, Libya, December 26 (RIA Novosti) - African nations urgently need to form an alliance to counter external influence, Abdul Hadi Al-Hawaij, the foreign minister of the Benghazi-based Libyan government, said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
