MOSCOW, December 25 (RIA Novosti) - Interbank transfers in France will be unavailable until December 28 due to the planned suspension of the European Central Bank's (ECB) payment systems during the Christmas holidays, the ici radio station reported on Thursday, citing the French Banking Federation. Users can still request an interbank transfer between December 25 and 28, but the funds will not reach the recipient until the European payment system......
