MOSCOW, December 25 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has already congratulated US President Donald Trump on Christmas and sent him a congratulatory telegram, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday. "The president has already wished Trump a Merry Christmas and sent him a congratulatory telegram," Peskov told reporters.
