Global Oil Market Currently Balanced - Novak

MOSCOW, December 25 (RIA Novosti) - The global oil market is currently balanced, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Thursday. "Today, the [oil] market is balanced. We see that during periods of low demand, decisions to increase production are not taken​​​. When demand increases, as the market grows, production increases," Novak said in an interview with the Rossiya 24 broadcaster....
