Afghanistan inaugurates 60-mln-USD power infrastructure projects

KABUL, Dec. 25 (Xinhua) -- Nine major electricity transmission and distribution projects in western Afghanistan's Herat province were inaugurated and officially put into operation on Thursday, a government statement said.
