MOSCOW, December 24 (RIA Novosti) - The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs redirected some of the diplomats expelled from Russia in 2023 to the Nordic country's embassy in Kiev, the Norwegian military-affiliated Forsvarets Forum reported, citing a former ambassador to Russia.
