MOSCOW, December 24 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine does not want to withdraw its troops from Russian regions, but is proposing that Russia withdraw from the Dnepropetrovsk (also known as Dnipropetrovsk), Nikolaev (Mykolaiv), Sumy, and Kharkov (Kharkiv) regions, Ukrainian broadcaster Suspilne reported on Wednesday, citing a Ukrainian draft plan for conflict resolution.
