Israeli aviation recovers in 2025 despite security challenges: report

JERUSALEM, Dec. 23 (Xinhua) -- Israel's civil aviation recorded a recovery in 2025, according to an annual report issued by the Israel Airports Authority on Tuesday. The report estimated approximately 18.4 million passengers traveled through Ben Gurion International Airport on international flights this year, a 33 percent increase compared to 2024, with the figure expected to reach 22 million in 2026.
