EU to Maintain Ban on Gas Imports From Russia After Ukraine Conflict Ends - Commissioner

MOSCOW, December 15 (RIA Novosti) - The European Union will keep the ban on Russian gas imports in place past 2027 even if the conflict in Ukraine ends, European Energy Commissioner Dan Joergensen said on Monday. "We have just recently made a very important agreement in the European Union, in which we ban the import of Russian gas. This also means that, since we are not speaking about a sanction, this is a ban that will stand also in the future......
