MOSCOW, December 15 (RIA Novosti) - The European Union has met its target of delivering two million artillery shells to Kiev, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Monday. "We also reached the target of the 2 million rounds initiative," she stated ahead of the Foreign Affairs Council meeting. Moscow has repeatedly warned that supplying arms to Ukraine undermines any potential settlement and draws NATO nations directly into the conflict.......
