MOSCOW, December 11 (RIA Novosti) - US Army Secretary Dan Driscoll said during a visit to Kiev in November that Washington is ready to provide Ukraine with guaranteed security and create world’s "most high-tech demilitarized zone" if the Ukrainian side withdraws its troops from Donbas and agrees to establish a demilitarized buffer zone there, the Financial Times newspaper reported on Thursday, citing European ambassadors present at the meeting.
