SEOUL, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) -- Two workers were trapped after a steel structure collapsed at a library construction site in Gwangju, South Korea, Yonhap news agency reported on Thursday. The collapse occurred around 1:58 p.m. local time (0458 GMT) in Gwangju, some 270 km south of the capital Seoul. Two workers were believed to be trapped under the structure.
