Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado, this year's Nobel Peace Prize laureate who lives in hiding, is due in Oslo by Thursday but will miss Wednesday's award ceremony, the Nobel Institute told AFP. "It is expected that she will arrive sometime between this evening and tomorrow morning," the institute's director Kristian Berg Harpviken told AFP just before the ceremony, due to begin at Oslo's City Hall at 1:00pm (1200 GMT).
