MOSCOW, December 10 (RIA Novosti) - Bolivia and Israel have restored diplomatic relations, the Bolivian Foreign Ministry said. "Bolivia and Israel have fully restored diplomatic relations and opened a new stage of strategic cooperation," the ministry said on X on Tuesday.
