OTJIWARONGO, 08 DEC (NAMPA) - The lifeless body of a 23-year-old man, a resident of Uitkoms Government Resettlement Farm in the Hochfeld area, was found on Sunday morning hanging from a tree in the bushes behind the farm’s main homestead.
