Colombia's National Liberation Army (ELN) guerrillas on Wednesday freed 28 people who were taken captive in January after fighting another rebel group near the Venezuela border, the Ombudsman's office said. Five minors were among the hostages as they were handed over to a humanitarian commission, according to the Ombudsman.
