Turkish Central Bank May Cut Key Rate to 38% in December - Source

ANKARA, November 28 (RIA Novosti) - Financial markets expect the Turkish Central Bank to lower the key interest rate by 150 basis points at the December 11 meeting from 39.5% to 38%, a source in one of the country's largest state banks told RIA Novosti on Friday.
