KATIMA MULILO, 29 NOV (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia on Friday announced the final results for the Regional Council Elections for the Sibbinda Constituency, Zambezi Region.
The results are as follows:

Swapo Party – Rector Matengu Nkando – 2 474
Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) – Ricky Numwa - 414
National Democratic Party of Namibia (NDP) – Vincent Kalikan`wi – 344
