NEW YORK, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar fell in late trading on Tuesday. The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, decreased 0.48 percent to 99.664 at 3 p.m. (2000 GMT). In late New York trading, the euro rose to 1.1584 dollars from 1.1528 dollars in the previous session, and the British pound was up to 1.3213 dollars from 1.3109 dollars in the previous session.
