All hope lost in voting: Outjo Youth

OUTJO, 25 NOV (NAMPA)- The youth of Outjo residing in the informal settlements have expressed no hope in participating in the regional councils and local authority elections on Wednesday, citing neglect, particularly when it comes to service delivery by their leaders.
