MOSCOW, November 19 (RIA Novosti) - Russia plans to transition to mass production of small nuclear power plants, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday. "We plan to switch to mass production, as I have already said, of small and ground-based nuclear power plants," Putin said at the AI Journey-2025 conference.
