OSHAKATI, 19 NOV (NAMPA) – Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus on Wednesday launched the first communications tower under the Universal Service Fund (USF) in Epinga, Ohangwena Region.
The USF is a N.dollars 145 million government initiative that aims to, over three years, expand connectivity in remote areas, prioritising underserved and unserved communities.
