Vietnam suspends 10 North-South rail services due to flooding

HANOI, Nov. 19 (Xinhua) -- The Vietnam Railways Corporation has halted 10 North-South passenger trains as heavy rains and flooding continued to disrupt operations across central Vietnam, especially Khanh Hoa province, the Vietnam News Agency reported on Wednesday.
